Srinagar/April, 3: National Conference President and incumbent Member Parliament from Srinagar parliamentary constituency , Dr Farooq Abdullah was on Saturday admitted at SKIMS Srinagar four days after he tested COVID-19 positive.
Confirming the hospitalization of Dr Abdullah his son and National Conference Vice President and former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in a tweet said “Based on the advice of doctors to enable them to better monitor my father, he has been admitted to hospital in Srinagar. ”
“Our family remains grateful to everyone for their messages of support & their prayers,” he added. Dr Farooq tested positive on March 30, a month after receiving the first jab.
