DIPR organizes Cultural Prog cum Nukad Natak on India @75 at GCW parade Jmu

As part of the celebration of Azaadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav (India@75), the Cultural Wing, Department of Information & Public Relations (DIPR), Jammu Thursday organized a Cultural Programme cum Nukad Natak based on Progress of India, Post Independence here in the premises of Government College for Women Parade.
Principal of the host college, Dr. S.P Saraswat was the chief guest on the occasion.
The Chief Guest lauded the efforts of the Cultural Wing DIPR Jammu for organizing the event of great importance in his institution. He urged for holding more such programmes in the institutions in near future.
On the occasion, a scintillating theme based cultural programme was presented by artists of Cultural Wing DIPR, Jammu besides a theme based Nukad Natak was also presented by the artists of Dilshad Ahmed Group Jammu.
The students of the host college also presented a cultural programme on the theme depicting rich folk culture, which was highly applauded by the audience.
The proceeding of the programme was conducted by senior artist of the cultural wing DIPR, Suresh Kumar.
Among others, Drama Instructor, Vijay Anand, staff members of the college, senior artists of the Cultural Wing DIPR, including Kamal Kumar, Surjeet Singh, Mohinder Kumar, Balbir Singh, Rakesh Kumar, budding poets and a large number of local people were also present on the occasion
