Srinagar: Deputy Mayor, Srinagar Parvaiz Ahmad Qadri, along with Concerned Corporator Ward No.31(Lawaypora), Srinagar Executive Engineer (LRWD),SMC Assistant Executive Engineer (MCD), SMC Assistant Engineer (Jal Shakti Department), Srinagar Assistant Engineer & Junior Engineer (PDD), Srinagar Assistant Executive Engineer (Irrigation & Flood Control Department), Srinagar Srinagar Assistant Executive Engineer (Electric), SMC alongwith A.E/J.E’s and Concerned Ward Officer/Officials of the SMC, conducted a extensive tour of Municipal Ward No.31 (Lawaypora), Sozieth and its adjoining areas, to review the Civic services being provided by Srinagar Municipal Corporation .
Several delegations and representatives of the said area (Lawaypora) thanked Deputy Mayor for the visit and raised several issues and grievances for early redressal. Qadri heard the grievances of the representatives patiently and passed on spot directions to the all the concerned fro immediate appropriate necessary action under norms. Besides assured the representatives that their grievances will be redressed in the a time bound manner. The representatives of the area assured the 100% Co-operation with the SMC Sanitation staff for upkeeping of sanitation in the respective areas.
