Srinagar: A 16-year-old boy was critically injured after being hit by a CRPF vehicle in downtown Srinagar on Wednesday.
Official sources said that a speeding CRPF vehicle hit and critically wounded the youth, identified as Safran Ahmad, at Saida Kadal in Srinagar. “The injured were immediately rushed to SHMS hospital, where his health condition is stated to be critical,” they said.
They said the injured is being operated upon in the hospital. “Police has registered a case and initiated investigation into the incident,” they added.
