Pulwama’s young author releases her first book

Pulwama: A medical student and a young Kashmiri author Sahiba Tariq Dar has released her “Novel” book. Hailing from Tujan village of Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district, Sahiba is an emerging name in the field of writing . She is presently a student in medical field and began her journey of writing at a very young age. She is mostly inspired by Ravinder singh a famous author. And when the Heaven weeps! Is her debut novel and the content in this book is a promise of many more exceptional creations. The draft knocked at a point where in actual fact I was in a mood to go through something like it. The book “And When the Heaven Weeps” accomplishes it’s aura in sixteen intense chapters; where basically the theme of love is portrayed along with death and nascent spirit. The female protagonist of the novel is a Sikh girl, namely Geet, who meets the author in the very beginning chapters of the novel. Author has tenderly defined Geet as a symbol of grace and elegance, as the author unconsciously uttered “Oops! Beautiful” when her eyesight confronted Geet for the first time. Geet is more a presentation of ardent colours of one-sided love, mostly obsession.First six chapters are ruled by Geet’s obsession for Asar, a charming Muslim boy and her College mate, too. Geetportrays Asar as “Charming prince”. She is vehemently obsessed by Asar until she is denied him in chapter seven. Next seven chapters are ruled by Geet’s intense exasperation and depression due to Asar’s continual repudiation of her love.
To me, gets exasperation is more an outcome of her very ethnic and graded set-up where she knew not rejection. This was a kind of introductory love rejection. Resultant, her obsession left Asar infuriated and vexed, only. Chapter 15 plays a dramatic role where Geet offers namaz as convertee out of her obsession for a Muslim boy, Asar. This further exacerbates her situation and she suffers murderously at the hands of her family. After all these stumbling blocks, she again anticipates Asar to accept her love, but no avail. There is continual rebuttal by Asar. At length, Geet admits to Asar that she will commit suicide, to which Asar puzzles of just fantasy. And eventually Geet ends her life up in her obsession for Asar. I regard chapter 15 as the salient one which throws light on love, death, power of spirit. It’s here in this chapter that we come to know that Geet confronted the author in her spirit form. Geet was no physical being. In this chapter there is partial entrance of Geet’s spirit into the author’s.
After this all, author somehow manages to meet Asar who is now unhappily married and lately craving and longing for Geet. No sooner she met him; she fell for him as if on Geet’s behalf. She accorded him with Geet’s message and they had a passionate hug at the end of the conversation. The novel ends with a dream of the author where she is in a peace full nap after meeting Asar. She dreams of a fairy who took her to the fairy land castle where Geet is the queen and her spirit seems delighted to see the union of the author and Asar. Geet treats their union as of her own with Asar.
