Doda: District Youth Services & Sports Department on Friday organized Inter District Girls U/14 volleyball Tournament here at Boys Higher Secondary School.
The tournament was attended by District Youth Services and Sports Officer, Jaffar Haider Sheikh in presence of ZPEO, Bhalla Pritam Singh and I/C ZPEO Doda, Kishori Lal.
The Tournament is being organised under the patronage of Director General Youth Services & Sports J&K Dr. Saleem-ul-Rehman, District Development Commissioner Doda Dr. Sagar D Doifode and over all supervision of DYSSO Doda.
In the Pool A matches, District Anantnag was defeated by District Ganderbal by 2-1 sets; District Doda defeated District Kulgam by 2-0 sets.
In Pool Bmathces, District Rajouri defeated District Kathua by 2-0 sets; District Srinagar defeated District Budgam by 2-0 sets; District Pulwama was defeated by District Kathua by 2-0 sets and District Srinagar was defeated by District Rajouri by 2-0 sets.
The matches were officiated by Vinod Kumar, PEM, Mudassir Batt, PET, Ifroz Hussain, PET, Dara Singh, PET, Murtaza Qasir, PET, Rohit Bandral, REK, Archana, REK, Veena, REK, Naveed-ul-Rehman, REK, Susheel Kumar, REK and incharge Commentator Koshal Kumar, REK.
