Srinagar: Suspected militants on Tuesday triggered off an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in Pazalpora area of Bijbehara on an old national highway.
An official said IED which was kept in a scrap in a dumper was triggered off in the Pazalpora area near CRPF party, which exploded with a loud bang. However, he said that no injury was reported during the incident.
He said that a team of Police, Army and intelligence agencies have reached the spot and investigation has been taken up. He further added that the area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers
