Srinagar: A 17-year-old boy committed suicide on Monday evening by hanging himself to death in Habba Kadal area of Srinagar.
Official sources told the news agency— KNO that a 17-year-old boy identified as Suhail Ahmad son of Mukhtar Ahmad Badyari hanged himself on Monday evening at his home near Sona Masjid Karfari Mohalla of Habba Kadal in Srinagar.
They said that he was immediately rushed to SMHS hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
Meanwhile, local police has taken cognizance of the incident and started investigation into the matter
