Srinagar: A number of people working as Mid-Level Healthcare Providers (MLHP) from Srinagar on Monday alleged that they have been discriminated in the grant of annual five percent increment to them.
MLPH functionaries told Kashmir Horizon “MLHP working in all other districts of Jammu and Kashmir were given annual 5% increment in April 2020 but due to unknown reasons we have been discriminate as the increment overdue to us is pending even now”.
Calling upon the concerned authorities to address their grievances the aggrieved MLPH functionaries sought early resolution of the issue. The concerned authorities of NHM were though contacted for their immediate response to the allegations of MLHP functionaries but they did not pick up repeated calls from the Kashmir Horizon.
