Jammu: Government Degree College (GDC) Marh celebrated Republic Day with fervor and enthusiasm in the College Premises.
Principal of the college, Prof. Aekta Gupta unfurled the tricolor.
Staff members, students, former MLA, Sukhnandan Chowdhary, Sarpanches of the Marh and prominent citizens were also present.
Meanwhile, Government Higher Secondary School Channi Himmat celebrated Republic Day in the school premises. Staff, students and prominent citizens were present on the occasion.
Corporator Ward No 51, Raj Kumar, unfurled the National Flag and highlighted the importance of the day. Principal of the school, Sahnaz Choudhary also addressed the gathering on the occasion.
