Don’t go back to govt service, it will lose charm of your life : Soz tells Shah Faesal

Srinagar/Jan,25 : Former Union Minister Prof Saif Ud Din Soz on Monday asked the Jammu & Kashmir Government to announced a policy on COVID-19 vaccination drive launch recently saying that “the Jammu & Kashmir Government is silent on how Covid-19 vaccine will be provided to the people in this part of the country”.
Stating that people are genuinely worried as to how the distribution will take place, the former Union Minister said ” the old practice in this respect has been that any vaccination in the past was provided by Medical Teams Mohalla-wise. The teams would arrive in Mohallas and render the service. This is what happened in respect of vaccines for the treatment of measles and small pox etc”.
Expressing the hope that very practice would be adopted for providing Covid-19 vaccine as “that is the only way to avoid overcrowding at the hospitals, the former Union Minister said “the J&K Government should announce its policy immediately so that people stop worrying about provision of this facility. That way alone people can provide their opinions also”. He also said that this is all the more necessary because of snow in Kashmir and parts of Jammu province, saying “sooner the J&K Government announces its policy, the better.”
