Kupwara: The Motor Vehicles Department (MVD) Kupwara, Thursday organised an awareness camp in connection with ongoing Road Safety month, here. The camp was attended by various applicants including fresh learner license seekers.
On the occasion, ARTO Kupwara, Mukhtar Ahmad provided detailed safety tips to the participants to minimize the road accidents. He urged them to follow the road safety rules in letter and spirit while driving to save the precious lives.
Meanwhile, the participants expressed satisfaction over the conduct of camp and hoped that the department will continue such programmes in future also.
