Poonch: RRC, NCC & NSS Units of Government Degree College Poonch an awareness rally to celebrate National Youth Day under the theme “ Channelizing Youth Power for National Building”. This day is celebrated as Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. Awareness rally of was flagged off from the college by Prof. Khadam Hussain, Officiating Principal of the college. Student’s were carrying play cards and raising slogans “Say No to Drugs, Love Life not Drugs, Choose Life not Drugs and Know AIDS No AIDS”. Rally was accompanied by Dr. Farooq Ahmed and Prof Nusrat Koser, RRC Nodal Officers/NSS Programme Officers, Prof. Khadam Hussain officiating Principal, Dr. Aziz Ahmed Chowan, Dr. Amjed Ali, Prof. Asad Imran NCC Officer and Prof. Shahid Zaffar.
Dr. Farooq Ahmed thanked all the participants and stressed upon one and all to protect themselves and the others from this COVID-19 Pandemic and work unitedly to fight the societal threat of Drugs, AIDS and other evils.
