Vijay Bakaya inaugurates cricket tournament

Jammu: Vijay Bakaya General Secretary of Apni Party inaugurated a cricket tournament which was organised by Whites Cricket Club organized at Ambarota Jammu through Deepak Fotedar an active sports enthusiast and leader of the Apni Party.
While interacting with the players who had come from Kashmir and Jammu, Bakaya stressed on the need for the youth to engage in team sports as they developed team spirit, determination to achieve a goal and discipline.
He stated that that the time had come for the youth to give a positive direction to their lives with a futuristic, pragmatic and progressive outlook and contribute to the development of the State.
Bakaya noted that there was limited infrastructure for sports and commended the efforts of Shri Vikrant Sharma who had developed the cricket playfield at Ambarota which was larger than any in Jammu and stated that it needed to be further developed and publicized so that more and more youth could utilize it.
