JKAP felicitates party’s ULB winners of Pulwama distt, vows to work tirelessly for public welfare

Srinagar: J&K Apni Party on Wednesday felicitated Party candidates who registered their win in recently concluded municipal elections in Pulwama district.
In a statement issued on Wednesday the JKAP said “the winners– Bilal Ahmad Rather from Ward-B Malikpora, Shabir Ahmad Wani Ward A, Dalipora, Rukhsana Akhter Ward-A Malikpora and Ghulam Mohammad from Chatpora-A of Pulwama town were accorded a reception by the Party leadership at its office in Lal Chowk Srinagar”.
They, according to the party statement, were garlanded by the Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, Party Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir, State Secretary & District President Budgam Muntazir Mohi-ud-Din, Provincial Secretary Abdul Rashid Haroon, District President Srinagar Noor Mohammad Sheikh, District President Baramulla Shoaib Lone, Dr. Samiullah and Javid Ahmad Mir.
On this occasion, the Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari exhorted on the ULB winners that they should devote themselves for the public welfare and do their best to mitigate the sufferings of the people in the respective municipal wards.
Bukhari extended gratitude to the people of Pulwama town for reposing trust and confidence in the Apni Party by voting and ensuring the win of its candidates in the ULB elections. “I assure the inhabitants of Pulwama district that we will reciprocate this love and affection with our indefatigable efforts to make your lives better,” he added.
They winners expressed hope that Apni Party with support of some independent candidates who have won the ULB elections will form the Municipal Council in Pulwama town.
They pledged to extend full cooperation to the Party leadership in furthering its socio-economic agenda which is aimed at the empowerment of the general public. “We will always work tirelessly for the welfare of people. The people friendly agenda of Apni Party will be disseminated across the nook and corner of district Pulwama so that people realize the difference,” they observed.
