Srinagar/Dec,21: PDP leaders Sartaj Madni have been arrested ahead of the commencement of the count for just concluded DDC elections, said former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti saying that “No rule of law in J&K anymore. It is out & out Gunda Raj” .
Taking to micro blogging social networking site twitter Mehbooba wrote “Total lawlessness as PDPs Sartaj Madni & Mansoor Hussain have been arbitrarily detained today on the eve of DDC election results. Every senior police officer here is clueless as it is ‘upar say order’. No rule of law in J&K anymore. It is out & out Gunda Raj”.
