Kulgam: The final phase of randomisation of polling staff for District Development Council (DDC) elections and Panchayat by-elections for block Pahaloo was carried out Thursday.
On the occasion, the second level of randomisation for block Qaimoo was also carried out.
The randomisation process was carried out under the supervision of District Panchayat Election officer (DPEO) Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat and General Observer.
