Polling Staff dispatched for phase-V at Kupwara

Kupwara: For phase fifth of the District Development Council (DDC)/ Panchayat by-elections, the District Administration Kupwara Wednesday dispatched Polling Staff along with material to facilitate smooth conduct of election in twin constituencies of Qadirabad and Rajwar in the district.
The polling material among the concerned staff was distributed under the supervision of concerned ROs and Nodal Officers.
Meanwhile, a joint meeting of Zonal and Sectoral Magistrates and Zonal and Sectoral Police officers appointed for phase fifth of DDC and Panchayat by-election in the district was held here under the chairmanship of concerned Nodal Officer, SDM Lolab, Aijaz Ahmad Bhat.
On the occasion, the Nodal officer urged upon the magistrates and police officers to coordinate among themselves for smooth and fair conduct of elections.
Among others, ARTO Kupwara, Zonal and sectoral magistrates for phase fifth were present in the meeting.
