Doda: Surveillance heightened to keep check on MCC violation in Ghat, Gundana DDC constituencies

Doda: The district election Authority Doda has heightened the surveillance to keep check on Model Code of Conduct violation in Ghat and Gundana DDC constituencies.
The Election Surveillance and Flying Squad teams have established several Nakas in the twin constituencies. A special team under the supervision of ADDC, Surat Singh- the Nodal Officer for Modal Code of conduct set up nakas as Ghat, Bhabore, Jodhpur and Dhara areas.
An inspection drive was spearheaded by designated teams along with the Tehsildar Mahalla, Jatinder Singh and other officials of the respective areas.
The ADDC exhorted upon the field level implementing officers/officials to keep close eye on every activity going on in their areas.
He asked the government employees to keep themselves away from the election activities and strive for smooth, free and fair elections.
