Srinagar|Dec,1: Former Union Minister Prof Saif Ud Din Soz on Tuesday accused senior BJP leader and Minister of State In the Prime Minister’s Office (MoS In PMO) Jitendra Singh of bragging ignorance saying that claims of BJP on peace and development in Kashmir are based on lies and falsehood.

Saying that “there is, however, a little danger that a small (negligible) number of Kashmiris will somehow believe the propaganda of small timers in the BJP, who are trying to mislead the people of Kashmir by saying that the statehood would be restored, early”,Soz said “statehood or No-Statehood, Kashmiris want restoration of Article 370 of the Constitution of India” .

Pointing out that the real significant thing is Restoration of the State’s Autonomy enshrined in Article 370 of the Constitution”Soz said “it may mean a struggle for Kashmiris, but it is the struggle worth fighting”.
