National Lok Adalat in Jammu on Dec 12, Pre-sessions starting from next month

Jammu: A National Lok Adalat is being held in the District Court Complex Janipur, Jammu on December 12, 2020, under the Chairmanship of Sanjeev Gupta Chairman, District Legal Services Authority ( Pr. Distt. & Sessions Judge) Jammu.
In this Pre-Lok Adalat Sessions are being held at District Court Complex, Janipur Jammu w.e.f December 01, 2020. In this regard all the concerned, including Advocates, Government Departments (Electricity & Water Bills, Matrimonial) Insurance Companies, Financial Institutions, Banks, Litigants who are desirous of getting their Pre-litigation and Post —litigation/ Pending Cases amicably settled before the National Lok Adalat through reconciliation/ Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) are asked to furnish the particulars of their cases in the office of the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Jammu on or before 03/12/2020, so that the cases can be listed in the ensuing National Lok Adalat i.e to be held on December 12, 2020.
