Jammu: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Baseer Ahmad Khan, Thursday interacted with several public deputations and individuals at Civil Secretariat here.
The delegations and individuals brought several issues and problems before the Advisor and sought their early redressal.
A delegation demanded resuming of open roof bus service in Jammu. It said the bus has been grounded since March 2019 and requested for restarting and promotion of open bus service in Jammu division. It also demanded that their bus permit (restricted to Jammu district) be converted to Jammu division as there is a huge demand for plying of bus on tourist circuits of Jammu-Mansar, Jammu-Shiv Khori, Jammu- Jhajjar Kotli and other areas. Similarly, a delegation of Karan Bagh locality demanded repair of link road in the area.
