Jammu: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar Wednesday interacted with several public deputations and individuals at Civil Secretariat here.
The delegations and individuals brought several issues and problems to the notice of the Advisor and sought their early redressal.
A delegation of “Association of Para Medical Colleges” demanded permission for admission in paramedical courses for the leftover seats besides amendment in eligibility criteria.
Similarly, a delegation of the “Teachers of School Education department” demanded proper transfer policy in the department besides the introduction of Yoga in the school curriculum.
Likewise, a delegation of the “JK Incharge Lecturers Coordination Committee” demanded confirmation of their posts at the earliest besides other service benefits.
Another delegation demanded a compassionate relook on the decision of condemnation of 15-year-old vehicles besides the availability of necessary instruments for checking the required fitness of the old vehicles.
Besides these delegations, a large number of individuals from different areas like Kot Bhalwal, Samba, Kupwara, and other adjoining areas of Jammu apprised the Advisor Bhatnagar of different issues pertaining to their areas and sought their early redressal.
