Shopian: The Expenditure Observer, Arshid Ahmad Lone Tuesday inspected the Expenditure Registers of the candidates contesting Phase-1 to 4 of upcoming District Development Council (DDC) and Panchayat by-elections in the district.
On the occasion, the candidates or his/ her agent or any person authorized by the contesting candidate produced their expenditure registers before the expenditure observer.
