Kupwara: According to District Panchayat Election Officer (DPEO), Kupwara, Anshul Garg scrutiny of nomination papers of DDC constituencies of Ramhaal and Reddi Chowkibal and vacant seats of Sarpanches and Panches in these constituencies for phase-II was held Tuesday at concerned Returning Officers (RO) headquarters.
As per data, out of 193 nomination forms, 12 Panch forms were rejected, while 181 forms were found valid after scrutiny. These valid forms include 34 DDC, 21 Sarpanch and 126 Panches.
The last date for withdrawal of candidature for phase-II is November 19, 2020.
