Srinagar: Javed Ahmed Beigh, an aspiring politician of central Kashmir’s Budgam district filed his nomination papers for DDC elections on Monday from Beerwah area.He was accompanied by groups of ocal youth and party workers.
While filing his nomination papers for Beerwah, Javed Ahmed Beigh was accompanied by his party associate including General Secretary: Bashir Ahmad Gampori, party District Coordinator: Haji Bashir Ahmad Chewdari, and others . Some elected Panchayat members were also accompanying him. On this occasion Javed Ahmed Beigh pledged to work for the people’s welfare and development of the Beerwah constituency.
Taking a dig at political parties aligning with PAGD, who have been so far politically representing Beerwah, Beigh accused them of exploiting Beerwah and warned that they won’t be given any chance to do so now. He said youth have taken the task of changing the destiny of Beerwah themselves.
Beigh while pointing towards the internal political infighting within the PAGD over the distribution of tickets for Beerwah asked that when this so called “People’s Alliance” officially fielded a candidate from National Conference in Beerwah, why did PDP district president and Constituency incharge also filed his nomination for the same seat.
