Annual League Football tournament 2020 of DFA Baramulla , Sopore: 2 final matches played

Baramulla: Two final matches of Annual league Football Tournament 2020 were played at Govt. Degree College Baramulla & Kushal Stadium, Sopore at 11:Pm & 2:Pm respectively.
The First Super Division Final Match of DFA Baramulla was played at Govt. Degree College Baramulla at 11.00 PM between Hyder FC, Baramulla & Dash FC, Baramulla, Hyder FC Defeated Dash FC by 3:1 goals. In the closely contested match, both the teams missed several scoring opportunities. the First half score was 2:1 in favour of Hyder FC.. In the 2nd half Hyder FC Scored their 3rd Goal. After trailing by Two goals, the Dash FC players tried their best to score and stepped up the attacks. But the defence lines of the Hyder FC ensured that no goal was scored till the referee blew the final whistle. The Hyder FC finished with 18 points in the Super Division League and secured top position of the Baramulla League Table.
The 2nd ‘A’ Division Final Match of DFA, Sopore Football League was played at Kushal Stadium, Sopore at 2:Pm between Moosa Blues & Baba Raza FC which was won by Baba Raza FC by 2:1 Goals. The match started with a thrilling note with Moosa Blue’s dominating the early proceedings created chances which resulted in earning a goal in 15th Minute of Start. But the team could not hold the lead and an equalizer came from Baba Raza FC side in 25th minute of the game. Ist half ended with 1:1 goal draw.
In the second half there was a neck to neck play & the strong defence line of Baba Raza FC became an obstacle for Moosa Blues forwards & could not score. Both teams were desperate to score and trying to double the lead. The Baba Raza players managed to pass one into the opposite team’s half, which Baba Raza Player without any mistake converted into a goal. Moosa Blues tried hard to equalize but could not. The spectators enjoyed every movement of the game. Thus Baba Raza FC defeated Mossa Blues by two goals to one.
Jammu & Kashmir Football Association has congratulated both the DFA’s and their management for their efforts in successful completion of League Football Tournaments.
Fayaz Ahmad Sofi, District President Srinagar was the Chief Guest on both the Occasions accompanied by B.A Basharat, Executive Member JKFA, Abdul Majeed Kakroo, Former International Footballer, Bilal Ahmad Panjabi, Asst. General Secretary. They distributed the Prizes to the Winners & Runners-up teams & Officials. The Office Bearers & Members of DFA Baramulla & Sopore were also present on the Occasions.
