Anti-Kashmir tendencies of Jammu’s fringe elements exposed

Failing to fight BJP in Jammu region, the anti-Kashmir political voices including the likes of Chowdhry Lal Singh and Harshdev Singh are now trying their best to carry out anti-Kashmir plans against  the mainstream leaders of Kashmir and people of Kashmir as usual just for building up a new vote bank in their constituencies. Harshdev Singh expelling the founder of the Panther Party’s Prof Bhim Singh for the fault of meeting the leaders of Peoples’ Alliance For Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) only shows that he has fallen from grace. Retracting his decision of expelling Prof Bhim Singh as party founder in less than 24 hours  only shows that he does not take decisions with proper application of mind and as such does not qualify for the post he holds in the Panther Party founded by none other than Prof Bhim Singh. Harshdev’s two stunning consecutive defeats in last two assembly elections after holding the position of a cabinet minister in the erstwhile Mufti Mohammad Sayeed led PDP-Congress coalition government is sufficient enough to indicate that he has lost the trust and confidence of the people which they had reposed in him only because of his projection and projection before the people of his own constituency by none else than Prof Bhim Singh. Question can be asked that how come he would respect the people of his own constituency who would vote for him when he does not respect even his political mentor deserving respect of almost a father from him. Harshdev Singh accusing leaders of the Peoples’ Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) of not even bothering to talk about the plight of Jammu muslims while holding the positions of chief ministers and ministers is yet another crude joke as people of his own constituency could ask him to explain that when he has failed to win their trust and confidence during last twelve year’s how come he would take care of the plight of muslims of entire Jammu region and win their trust and confidence in coming months and years.

Statements against leaders of the Peoples’ Alliance For Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) and the demand for withdrawal of new land laws exclusively for Jammu region has exposed the communal designs of both Harshdeve Singh and Chowdhry Lal Singh respectively.

Politics is a game of wits but unfortunately Hashdev Singh loses his wits in full public glare as his heated exchange of words with Director School Education Jammu the video of which went viral on social media sites few months back shows that he has the disqualification of losing patience even in dealing with the senior government functionaries not to talk of the general masses. Like Harshdev Singh another former minister Chowdhry Lal Singh failing to fight BJP in Jammu region also chooses to win the support and confidence of the people by embarking on an anti-Kashmir plan as he in one of his recent statements said that old land laws should be retained for Jammu region but withdrawn in case of Kashmir valley for the purposing of enforcing new land laws exclusively over the people of Kashmir. The statement itself shows the polarising tendencies and designs of Lal Singh who as Minister of Mehbooba Mufti led PDP-BJP coalition way back in January 2018 said on the floor of assembly in Jammu that “curse be upon him whoso ever discriminates people on the basis of region or religion. I as forest minister have allotted more timber for Kashmir than Jammu region”.  Statements against leaders of the Peoples’ Alliance For Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) and the demand for withdrawal of new land laws exclusively for Jammu region has exposed the communal designs of both Harshdeve Singh and Chowdhry Lal Singh respectively.
