Jammu : Director Jammu and Kashmir Innovative Foundation for Transforming Society (JKIFTS ) Dr Tasaduk Hussain Itoo Monday said Government should conduct all board (university) exams – offline or online with proper protocols and there should be no entertainment to mass promotions.
He said seeking for mass promotion in today’s competitive era is sad on the part of students. In today’s world with progressive advancement in almost all aspects of teaching cum learning, being self- competent and confident is imperative for every student to tackle any challenges.
He said teachers in today’s times are more for proffessional guidance and career building of students besides completing syllabus in any academic session.
He advised the students that exams are always an opportunity for their growth towards success not a kind of stress and students should make a habit of self- study under proper guidance from their teachers.
He requested that exams should be conducted( offline or online) with proper protocols amid Covid-19 pandemic and there should be no entertainment to mass promotions.
He advised the parents to encourage their children to write for exams – be it for academic purposes or any competitive examinations as cracking an exam boosts your self-esteem, competence and confidence and make your way towards realization of higher dreams and aspirations in your life.
