Bandipora police facilitates Police Public interaction meetings

Bandipora : As a part of public outreach program, Police public interaction meetings were facilitated by Bandipora Police in villages Aloosa, Buthoo, Bunkoot, Kudara Sumlar, Gurez, Ajas, Hajin and Gund Nowgam Sumbal by respective Police Stations and Police Posts. Social distancing norms and other protocols were strictly followed during these meetings. These meetings were chaired by respective SHOs & In charge Police Posts and attended by respectable citizens and civil society members of these areas.
During the meetings, the participants raised various issues related to police and other civil departments. The chairing officers assured the participants that their genuine grievances pertaining to police will be resolved on priority and the issues pertaining to civil administration will be taken up with the concerned departments for their early redressal. The participants in these meetings assured their full cooperation to police in tackling social evils. Participants hailed the efforts of police in facilitating community interaction meetings where participants express their opinion freely.
