Ganderbal : Piping ceremony of recently promoted SgCts as Head constable was held at DPO Ganderbal.
The promoted officials were decorated with their new ranks by SSP Ganderbal Khalil Ahmad Poswal who expressed happiness over the promotion of the officials.
