DACYP Jammu discusses NYK annual action plan

Jammu: Jammu District Advisory Committee on Youth Programs (DACYP) Tuesday discussed the annual action plan of Nehru Yuva Kendra here at a meeting chaired by Additional District Development Commissioner, Satish Sharma .
The meeting was hosted by District Youth Coordinator, Nehru Yuva Kendra, Jammu, Nisar Ahmed Butt,
The meeting discussed the Annual Action Plan for the financial year 2020-21 and also highlighted the working of Nehru Yuva Kendra Jammu during Covid-19 Pandemic. It was informed that the NYK Jammu Annual Action Plan 2020-21 has been designed to empower youth by providing appropriate opportunities for awareness, education, capacity building, leadership, personality and skill development as well as develop capacities to partner in community engagement in Flagships Schemes and activities of National priority and importance.
The other prominent members present in the meeting were District Sports Officer, Bharat Scouts & Guides Officer, NSS Program Officer, NCC Program Officer, Members of EDI, AIO, Youth Club Presidents and National Youth Volunteers.
After brief discussion on Annual Action Plan with members of Advisory Committee, the Additional District Development Commissioner appreciated Nehru Yuva Kendra,Jammu for doing a tremendous work during Covid-19 Period .
Later, the District Youth Coordinator, Nehru Yuva Kendra, Jammu presented vote of thanks.
