DDC Anantnag convenes ‘Cyclothon’ preparatory meeting

Anantnag: DDC Anantnag K. K. Sidha Friday convened a preparatory meeting with concerned officers regarding Cyclothon to be held on 17th of Oct,ober 2020.
During the meeting, the DDC took stock of the preparations for holding Cyclothon which shall commence from Sarnal Anantnag and culminate at Pahalgam. The officers of concerned jurisdiction were directed to make necessary arrangements for smooth conduct of cycle race.
The meeting was informed that more than 400 cyclists are participating in the said race.
The DDC directed the officers to make all the necessary arrangements like refreshment, ambulance, traffic, prizes prior to conducting of Cyclothon.
All the concerned officers assured the DDC that every effort will be made to make the event successful.
SP Anantnag, SDM Pahalgam, ACR, District Youth Service and Sports Officer, Concerned Tehsildars, BDO’s, XEN R&B, EO’s of Municipal Committees and other concerned sectoral officers attended the meeting.
