Srinagar: Chairman Jammu Kashmir Civil Society Forum (JK CSF) Abdul Qayoom Wani on Thursday alleged that “incharge” nomenclature has become a syndrome in government sector particularly school education department alleging that it not only ruined the education department but also exploited the human resources in the department.
In a statement issued here on Thursday Wani said “Incharge” nomenclature has become a syndrome in govt sector particularly in Education Department. Stating that it not only ruined the education department but exploited the human resource in the department, Wani said “hundreds of incharge officers & lecturers died/retired without confirmation and thousands presently working are finding themselves in a state of mental trauma.
“It is unfortunate that asking repeated integration cum verification certificates that too from dead and retired officials including inservice officials is shameful and humiliating”, the statement issued by Wani reads, adding that “ delaying tactics of government besides SAC decision proved detrimental for the education department ,intellect of the department and future generations”.
Wani further said that to face the brunt of the victimised officials is inevitable for the government, adding that “ immediate action is need of the hour to resolve this issue at an earliest once for all”. Wani reiterated that Jammu Kashmir Civil Society Forum is committed to raise its voice against injustice & will support incharge officers in seeking justice .
