Oppn normalized BJP’s autocratic modus operandi, cheered when GoI upended democracy: Iltija

Srinagar: Lashing out at opposition political parties, Iltija Mufti, daughter of former chief minister and PDP president Mehbooba Mufti, on Sunday said ‘that they normalized BJP’s autocratic modus operandi of clearing anti-people bills without discussion and even gleefully cheered when centre upended democracy and desecrated constitution by illegally revoking Article 370’.
Taking to micro-blogging site twitter, Iltija asked why such shock and fuss. “Opposition parties normalised BJP’s autocratic modus operandi of clearing anti people bills without discussion the day they allowed,” Iltija, who is handing the official twitter handle of her mother, tweeted.
She said the opposition even gleefully cheered when GOI upended democracy and desecrated constitution by illegally revoking Article 370.
