Srinagar: A 55-year-old woman was killed after a speedy truck hit a motorcycle in Mujgund area in the outskirts of Srinagar city on Saturday morning.
An official said a truck bearing registration number (JK16A-8123) hit a motorcycle near Mujgund, resulting in injuries to the woman.
He said that the woman was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors declared her dead on arrival. The official identified the woman as Sara Bano, wife of Muhammad Ramzan Parrey of Zainakote, HMT.
