Kulgam: Deputy commissioner, Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat Saturday inaugurated E-Stamping training programme at mini-Secretariat Kulgam. The programme was organized by Inspector General of Registration in coordination with State Taxes Department & Revenue department.
Speaking on the occasion, The Deputy commissioner highlighted the aspects, rules and regulations to be adopted while making use of E-Stamping through the latest technology mission.
The necessary training with regard to E-Stamping was imparted to the stamp vendors through power point presentation by the trainers from SHCIL.
Sub-registrar/ ACR Kulgam, Mir Imtiyaz Ul Aziz, Sub Registrar/ SDM, Noorabad Umer Shafi Pandith, State Taxes officer, Abdul Rehman, State Taxes Inspector Muneeb Ur Rehman and other officers were present in the function.
