Budgam: Krishi Vigyan Kendra Budgam organized an event to celebrate Poshan Mah highlighting the importance of Nutrition in day to day lives.
CDPO ICDS, Mohammad Azhar Lone inaugurated the event as Chief Guest and emphasized on importance of nutrition among vulnerable groups and role of ICDS in combating malnutrition.
Head and Sr. Scientist KVK Budgam, Dr. Nasir A. Dar emphasized on the importance of Nutri gardens in overcoming Nutritional deficiencies at household level.
The event was attended by Child Development Project Officer Budgam (ICDS), Head & Sr. Scientist along with Scientists of KVK Budgam, Anganwadi workers and farm women besides others.
