Major reshuffle of ministerial staff ordered in Budgam

Budgam:In a major overhaul of all Revenue and Ministerial Staff presently working in DC’s office, SDM’s offices and in all Tehsil offices. The major reshuffle has been ordered to enhance the performances of all subordinate offices.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Budgam, Shahbaz Ahmed Mirza has ordered the overhauling and added that it was due since long keeping in view unprecedented over staying of majority of ministerial staff.
As per this reshuffle order as many as 3 Sr. Assistant, 24 Jr. Assistant, 01 Jr. Steno, 05 Drivers, 49 Orderly were shifted from their existing postings and directed to report to their new place of postings with immediate effect.
It was given out that the aim and objective of effecting these transfers lies strictly to give new dimension and more fillip to the working culture that was lacking and invisible due to overstaying menace existing in these offices.
