New Delhi/Sep,6: The Appointment Committee of Union Cabinet has approved the proposal of DoPT for inter-cadre deputation of Nitishwar Kumar, IAS-96 from Uttar Pradesh cadre to Jammu & Kashmir for a period of one year. He has worked as Private Secretary to Lt Governor Manoj Sinha when he was Union Minister. Sources told Kashmir Horizon that Ntishwar Kumar is likely to get a key assignment in Jammu & Kashmir Government.
