“Teachers are the real oceans of knowledge, enlightenment and prosperity, who nourish and prepare us for amazing journey of our life. They serve as source of lighting lamps in our lives. It is our teachers who do have an important role to play in building our careers, in our success and achievement of our dreams and aspirations.”, Dr Tasaduk said while talking to Kashmir Horizon.
“Being professionally a doctor by profession, I would feel emulated, enlightened , passionate and victorious being an educator. I would feel a sense of honour and previlage. Passion, energy, perseverance and dedication towards teaching – are the driving motivations for a teacher in impacting millions of students”, he said
“Teaching is such a profession that is the mother of all other professions. Whatever we achieve in our lives – I strongly believe that is only because of our teachers. We should realize the necessity and value of our teachers in our lives and celebrate Teachers’ Day with great fervour and happiness to pay them homage for the great job they are doing.”, he said
Pointing towards teacher- student relationship, Dr Tasaduk said that developing a positive teacher-student relationship has an important role to play in learning with wisdom and preaching with honesty, integrity and passion. “It has a significant and long-lasting impact on the student’s life in all aspects-academically, morally, ethically and socially. As in any relationship, mutual respect, trust and understanding are important likewise is the student- teacher relationship.”, he said. “Teachers can easily win the hearts of their students and students are most likely to respect, listen to and obey their teachers if they engage them and connect well with them”, he added.
