DC inaugurates 2- days Art of Living Wellness Workshop at B’la

Baramulla: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Baramulla, Dr G N Itoo Tuesday inaugurated 2- days long Art of Living Wellness Workshop at Saint Joesph Hospital Baramulla.
The workshop witnessed overwhelming participation of doctors and other health workers.
On the occasion, Art of Living Trainer, Vandana Daftari highlighted the significance of the workshop and informed us that through this workshop we help people boost their immunity besides eliminating stress and anxiety.
She further added that Art Of Living has taken this initiative for Covid Warriors as it is these doctors and other health workers that are on the forefront in combating COVID-19 pandemic.
Speaking on the occasion, DC complimented the participants and highlighted the role of medical practitioners in present circumstances emerged due to COVID-19 outbreak.
He said such programs helps to scale up anti-corana measures as immunity boosting practices are the best remedial measures to combat COVID-19.
Moreover, DC said district administration has accelerated the endeavours which solely aims to mitigate the spread of Coronavirus.
Chief Medical Officer Baramulla, DSP HQ, BMO Sheeri, officers, various functionaries of the health department among others were present on the occasion.
