If all people in the world would have engaged their minds to work relentlessly and persistently under all circumstances for the purposes of access to basic amenities of life and personal dignity, the poverty would have become a history of the past. Every hour becomes productive simply because nobody entertains laziness. Making every second productive enables us to overcome all impossible difficulties and the hardships in day to day life. It teaches us resilience in all undertakings that everyone must strive to earn something in spite of the harsh conditions. We should not be lazy. We should work hard with zeal. It will gives us rewards etc. Hard work pays off means that when we really work hard, we achieve targets and desired motives. It can be in the form of appreciation, recognition, awards, money, position, title, promotion etc. Hard working brings satisfaction and happiness in the end. For example, just passing an examination is not the only result of hard work but getting a rank is the real outcome of the hard work. It involves sacrifice of time, comfort, mental struggle etc. Hard work is the key to success. We should never say it is impossible, we should never give up. We should try again and again till we will achieve our target and desired objectives. Hard work generates hopes and happiness as it is only through hard work that we raise the standards of our life. Hard work builds character, contributes to success and promotes self confidence. Hard work also boosts the morale of those who are in distress and look for alternatives to come out of the difficulties and hardships . Hard work gives people the strength to face situations with dedication and commitment. Hard work also allows us to experience gratitude, it leads to self improvement, and it gives us motivation. Hard work is the way to have sense of satisfaction as it is a viable to get knowledge and increase our mental power increases. It is only because of hard work that we are able to handle even the most difficult situation and in the process we become more competent and committed. We get more satisfaction when our hard work brings benefits to our society. Challenges coming our way day in and day out prompt us to work hard and translate our ideas into reality. Experiences of life show us the way to work hard and hard work starts when we look for alternatives to overcome difficulties. Laziness and sluggishness makes life boring and only hard work makes it challenging. Without hard work life can’t move on. A poor can also gain wealth and become rich by hard work. Hard work is also helpful in reducing the rising trends of unemployment and poverty triggering a new phase of failures in economic upliftment of the people across the world.
Laziness and sluggishness lead to poverty and joblessness but hard work is key to better employment avenues, poverty eradication and socio-economic development.
Hard work is the only key to overcome the challenges coming our way in every part of the world. It teaches us discipline, dedication and determination. People getting access to basic facilities of life effortlessly reduces their confidence levels and personal dignity. The best reward for hard work is personal satisfaction as hard work brings you closer to even unimaginable extra ordinary achievements. There is no dead end to hard work as the tendencies to raise standards of life rise with every passing day, but excessive hard work becoming the cause of ailments is neither advisable nor practicable as health is the concern of every individual. Most of the people who work hard day and night use alcohols for relaxation. People who take alcohols ultimately becomes the victims of a weak immune system, headaches, cardiac ailments, strain in back and neck, mental fatigue and also disturbances in conduct of relationship with family, friends and well wishers. So while hard work a priority but excessive hard work put us in mental chaos and a state of physical imbalance. So people have to ensure that they don’t work beyond their optimum levels. Children should work hard during studies because parents have expectations from us but they should also actively participate in extracurricular activities. True it is that children have not to waste their precious time but they also have to frame a time table for adequate timing to both the studies and as well as the extracurricular activities. While taking care of their both the studies and as well the extracurricular activities children have not to waste their time in social evils and understand it that it is mandatory for them to work hard for promising careers and prosperous future. We so seeds, water them frequently and use fertilizers for better yields and similarly children have to work hard, pay attention to teachers in classes and take part in extracurricular activities for promising careers. When youth work hard, people usher in a new era of development and consequently new employment opportunities are general and standards of lives are improved. So laziness and sluggishness lead to poverty and joblessness but hard work is key to better employment avenues, poverty eradication and socio-economic development.
