Ex-MLA from Doda joins J&K Apni Party alongwith supporters

Jammu: Prominent politician and Ex-MLA of Doda Ghulam Kadir Wani Thursday joined Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party (JKAP).
According to the statement issued to the press, the Ex-MLA of Doda Assembly Constituency Ghulam Kadir Wani, who is a prominent politician in Doda, alongwith over two dozen supporters joined J&K Apni Party in presence of senior leaders.
Prominent among those present on the occasion include Former Minister Mohammed Dilawar Mir, Former Minister Manjit Singh, Ex-MLA Kamal Arora, Ex-MLC Vijay Bakaya, senior leader Vikram Malhotra, senior leader Namrata Sharma and JKAP leader Raqeeq Ahmed Khan.
Belonging to Janta Dal, Wani played an active role in politics and he has a vast political experience which will benefit the party, said former minister Dilawar Mir when he welcomed Wani into the party.
The Ex-MLA thanked the party leaders for providing him an opportunity to work with them for the welfare of the people. Besides, Abhay Bakaya, Gourav Kapoor and Vajinder Singh among others were also present on the occasion.
