Jammu: Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Sanjeev Verma Wednesday convened a meeting of Defense Estate Officers to review the status of land acquisition, requisition cases of Army pertaining to district Jammu, Samba and Udhampur.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Commissioner Central, Additional District Development Commissioner, Jammu, Defense Estate Officers of Jammu, Samba, Udhampur and other concerned officers.
Threadbare discussion was held on various land cases of Army pertaining to these districts. The DEOs apprised the Div Com of present status of land requisition and acquisition cases in their respective districts.
The Div Com sought case wise details and asked the concerned officers for resolving all the pending acquisition and requisitions.
