Srinagar: A 17-year-old boy hanged himself to death in Kawoosa village of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Monday evening.
Officials said a 17-year-old youth hanged himself to death at his home on Monday evening.
The boy identified as Zubair Ahmad Ganie of Kawoosa Khalisa in Budgam village, was shifted to Sub District Hospital (SDH) Magam where doctors declared him brought dead.
An official said that the body was later handed over to the family members for last rites and investigation into the matter has been started
