Srinagar/Aug,10 : The Government on Thursday ordered the tansfer of Shabir Hussain Bhat, KAS presently Additional Deputy Commissioner Kulgam and posted him Additional Secretary General Administration Department (GAD)
An order issued from the General Administration Department (GAD) reads “in the interest of administration, Mr. Shabir Hussain Bhat, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, with immediate effect”
