Srinagar:Acting tough against the violators of Govt orders, Police have challaned 38 vehicles besides seizes 07 vehicles and fined 18 violators for defying govt orders in Bandipora.
18 violators were fined for not wearing masks in different areas of Bandipora and fine to the tune of ?1800 was collected from them.
Police have also challaned 38 vehicles besides seizes 07 vehicles across the District for violating prohibitory orders issued by the administration.
Police have once again requested the general public to follow the directions issued by Government in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Also, those who are found violating the restrictions will be dealt strictly.
