Sopore/July, 20 : A 45-year-old lineman of Power Development Department (PDD) was on Monday morning electrocuted to death in Yaseen Colony of Arampora area in Sopore town of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Officials said a PDD lineman was on Monday repairing High volt 11000 KV line in Yaseen colony of Arampora area in Sopore town when he died of an electric shock on the electric pole. They identified the PDD employee as Sanaullah Dar of Seloo Sopore. Meanwhile, Police Station Sopore has registered a case in and started investigations to look into the causes of the lineman’s death.
