Srinagar: A youth was killed and his father was injured on Saturday morning when a concrete slab collapsed on them in Warsangam village of central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
An official said the father-son duo came under a concrete slab after it collapsed in Warsangam village in morning hours.
He said that a youth identified as Ajaz Hami Bhat and his father Abdul Hamid Bhat were injured and were rushed to district hospital Budgam by locals where Ajaz was declared dead on arrival by doctors.
The official said that the deceased’s father sustained minor injuries and was later discharged from the hospital
